QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES Degree in Business Administration or similar Advanced MS office skills – word, excel, outlook, ppt. Drivers license Languages Arabic, English, French EXPERIENCE 5 years’ experience working in a PA role Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE Strong PA Skills Proficiency in Arabic, English, and French Must be flexible in work hours Must be available to travel Report writing Discretion & Confidentiality – Trusted to handle highly sensitive information. DUTIES Organizing and coordinating the principal’s daily schedule, ensuring punctuality. Managing official engagements, meetings, and private appointments. Ensuring all travel and commitments align seamlessly with the royal calendar. Arranging domestic and international travel, including private jets, security, and visa requirements. Coordinating luxury accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning. Ensuring protocol and diplomatic arrangements are handled for official visits. Acting as the key point of contact between the principal and household staff (butlers, chefs,chauffeurs, security, and nannies). Overseeing the management of wardrobes, personal shopping, and gift procurement. Coordinating guest lists, invitations, and seating arrangements in line with royal protocol, for events. Handling confidential emails, letters, and calls with the utmost discretion. Acting as a gatekeeper, filtering calls, requests, and interactions. Overseeing personal budgets, expense reports, and financial transactions. Managing luxury purchases, charitable donations, and investments. Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all financial dealings.
